The role of the company management is to manage the factory, reducing costs and increasing revenue (profit) where possible. They can hire or fire employees, but in accordance with regulations (laws, regulations, rules, orders, instructions). They are responsible for paying wages and complying with labour laws. 

Competences:

Negotiate with the workers’ committee (working group) to reach a compromise solution regarding unpaid wages and social security contributions. They can commit to pay the debts owed to the workers and cover the cost of coupons and food vouchers. Seek financial solutions or help from government representatives if the company is in a difficult financial situation.
