Develop and implement clear policies and procedures that prohibit any form of discrimination and ensure equal opportunity for all employees. Organize training and educational programs that increase employee awareness and understanding. Establish mechanisms and channels for reporting incidents of discrimination and violations of employee rights. Reassessing values and attitudes within the organisation. Establishing clear criteria for transfer and promotion within the organisation that are based on merit and competence.
