Inspectors from the Labor inspectorate

The role of labour inspectors is to ensure compliance with labour laws and the protection of workers’ rights. They have the competence to carry out inspections, collect evidence and impose sanctions for violations.

Competences:

Conduct textile factory inspections and collect evidence of unpaid wages and social security contributions. Draw up violation papers and impose penalties on the company if violations of labour legislation are found. Provide legal support to workers and promote negotiations between parties.
