Human Resources Department
As a member of the Human Resources Department, your role is to handle complaints, implement anti-discrimination policies (approaches) and promote an inclusive work environment.
Conduct work environment assessments and collect data from employees on possible cases of discrimination or inequality. Analyse this data to identify key issues and areas that require action (you can take no action if you choose). Developing and delivering training that promotes awareness, sensitivity and understanding of employees about the provision of equal opportunities for all. Develop guidelines or/and manuals that help employees and management deal with discriminatory practices.
