Instructions:
As an employee, your goal is to see and understand the impact of discrimination and to advocate (protect/defend) both your rights and the rights of victims of discrimination. During the simulation, observe and document the discrimination incidents (make one or several up) that you encounter. Reflect on your experiences and think of potential solutions to address these issues. During the reflection, share your perspectives and suggest feasible steps to create a more inclusive work environment.
Competencies:
Organize meetings or workshops to discuss discrimination issues and suggestions for improvements in work culture. Establish internal mechanisms for reporting incidents of discrimination and strengthen communication channels with corporate management. Create skills development and training opportunities that take into account the diversity and specific needs of employees.
